Notified to all DPL and students participating in KKN-VDR year 2021, that the provisions for the closing schedule and mechanism for collecting assignments for KKN-VDR activities for the year 2021 during the Covid-19 pandemic as follows :
Closing of KKN VDR 2021
The closing of the KKN VDR will be carried out virtually, which will be implemented on:
Day/date : Wednesday, 03 March 2021
O'clock : 10.00 WIB until 12.00 WIB
Media : zoom and youtube
Information : 1 Group Representatives and DPL (zoom), YouTube for non-Zoom participants
Mechanism Collecting Lecturer Narrative Reports and KKN Values
- Collection of reports and grades by DPL KKN is collected to the email address [email protected] in MS Word format
- In the subject of the email, write the name of the lecturer and the name of the VDR KKN group to make checking easier.
- Final collection of KKN-VDR reports and values on date 15 March 2021
Student Assignment Collection Mechanism
- Student assignments are collected by group representatives by uploading them at the following link: http://bit.ly/PengumpulanLaporanKKNVDR2021 on 01 up to you 05 March 2021.
- Assignments collected in hardcopy form are village reports and 1 anthology book.
- Printed proof of online KKN registration along with the statement letter is bound in accordance with the provisions in the participant announcement letter. (not bound together with the village report)
- Assignments and printed proof of online registration are collected at the LP2M office by only one representative. Files are placed in the space provided and filled in the proof of collection at 12:00 p.m 10.00 WIB until 13.00 WIB
The schedule for collecting hardcopy assignments and proof of registration is as follows:
- Group 012021001 s.d 012021030 : Monday, 08 March 2021
- Group 012021031 s.d 012021060 : Tuesday, 09 March 2021
- Group 012021061 s.d 012021090 : Wednesday, 10 March 2021
- Group 012021091 s.d 012021112 : Friday, 12 March 2021
