Background

Center for Gender Studies, Child, and Disabled (PSGAD) At UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung it is one of the institutions under the auspices of the Institute for Research and Community Service (LP2M). This center serves as a research center, study, dedication to the community, as well as policy development in the field of gender equality, child protection, disability inclusion, and violence prevention. PSGAD is also responsible for and strengthening the Violence Prevention and Handling program through coordination with the Sexual Violence Prevention and Handling Task Force (PPKS Task Force) in a college environment.

Mission

1. Develop scientific studies and research in the field of gender, child, disability, and violence prevention.
2. Increasing the capacity of academics and society through education, training, and scientific publications.
3. Carry out community service oriented towards women's empowerment, child protection, and disability inclusion.
4. Support the development of gender responsive higher education policies and governance, child friendly, disability inclusive, and free of violence.
5. Building partnerships with various stakeholders in order to realize social justice and protect vulnerable groups.

1. Become an academic reference center in the field of gender, child, disability, and violence prevention.
2. Produce quality research and scientific publications that are beneficial to society.
3. Increasing awareness and capacity of the academic community regarding equality, protection, and inclusion.
4. Supporting the creation of a safe campus environment, inclusive, and free from all forms of violence.
5. Strengthening women's protection and empowerment, child, as well as people with disabilities in academic and social life.
