MULTISECTORAL REGULAR KKN

Notified to all prospective participants and DPL KKN Wave II year 2024 UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung, that the Institute for Research and Community Service is holding Wave II KKN with the theme "Multi-Sectoral Community Empowerment Based on Digital Literacy". Regular KKN activities will be held in Tulungagung Regency (all villages in Gondang District, nggulsari village, Tanjungsari Village) and Trenggalek Regency (all villages in Karangan and Tugu Districts).

Terms and Conditions

1. Active student at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung semester 6 and pass the minimum courses 100 SKS;
2. Wave II KKN participants start date 24 June 2025 o'clock 07.00 WIB until 25 June 2024 o'clock 17.00 WIB, through the smartcampus.uinsatu.ac.id page in the menu KKN>Register>Fill in the Form>Choose the 2024/Even Batch> and choose the village where the KKN will take place;
3. Upload a JPG format photograph wearing your alma mater jacket (4 x 6 maximum size 2 MB) with a red background during registration on Smartcampus, as well as fill in the personal data found in it;
4. Fill in the original signed statement letter by the student's guardian and the manual form provided in the attachment to this announcement letter;
5. Fill in the “illness history” column (mild illness)” really and report it to the group leader at the beginning of the KKN implementation;
6. File softcopy (registration form, guardian's statement (So 1 file) maximum 900 KB)  uploaded via the following google form: https://bit.ly/45A9sAv;
7. Files in hardcopy form in points "d and e" are collected at LP2M starting on date 25 up to you 27 June 2024

Stages of Multisectoral Regular KKN activities*

INCLUSION KKN

Inclusive KKN is KKN specifically for students who are unable to take part in Real Work Lectures either in the form of Regular or Collaborative KKN due to circumstances that make it impossible, for example disability., comorbid illness, hamil, or breastfeeding.

Terms and Conditions

1. Active student at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung for at least one semester 6 and pass the minimum courses 100 SKS;
2. Students are not on leave or in other academic problems;
3. Students have a history of comorbidities that make it impossible for them to live at the KKN location, disability, pregnant or breastfeeding conditions;
4. Ready to carry out KKN in their respective village locations;
5. Ready to fulfill the KKN administration required in their respective regions;
6. Obtain approval from parents/guardians (proven by a stamped statement);

Inclusion KKN requirements files

1. Fill in your personal data in the registration form;
2. JPG format photograph wearing alma mater jacket (4 x 6 maximum size 2 MB) with a red background;
3. Transcripts (screenshot of the study history menu in Smartcampus);
4. Fill in the original signed statement letter by the student's guardian and the manual form provided in the attachment to this announcement letter;
5. Scan original KTP and KTM;
6. Disability certificate (If there are), comorbid illnesses and pregnancy (a certificate from a doctor or government agency Health Services Unit), breast-feed (Photocopy of KIA ID Book and child's birth certificate)

Stages of Inclusive KKN activities*

Field Supervisor (DPL) KKN

Notified to prospective Year II KKN Field Supervisor Lecturers 2024, that the Institute for Research and Community Service is holding Wave II KKN with the theme "Multi-Sectoral Based Community Empowerment Digital Literacy”. Regular KKN activities will be held in Tulungagung Regency, Tulungagung (all villages in Gondang District, nggulsari village, Tanjungsari Village) and Trenggalek Regency (all villages in Karangan and Tugu Districts. The terms and conditions for DPL KKN registration are as follows:

1. Permanently Active Lecturer at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung who has NIDN
2. Not on Study Duty or Vacation
3. Committed to participating in a series of KKN activities
4. Willing to be placed at KKN locations
5. Have the capacity to manage social media and digital literacy insight
