IAIN Tulungagung KKN students held a disaster preparedness roll call ceremony on the date 17 January 2020, the ceremony was attended directly by all KKN students in Wonotirto sub-district.
The ceremony was also welcomed enthusiastically by IAIN Tulungagung KKN students from Wonotirto sub-district., they also follow the entire series of ceremonies in an orderly manner. Apart from that, the disaster preparedness day commemoration ceremony was also attended by all village and sub-district officials.
This disaster preparedness day is an initiation of the National Disaster Management Agency. Which aims to invite all parties to take one day to carry out disaster preparedness exercises simultaneously.
The preparedness ceremony was led directly by the sub-district head of Wonotirto sub-district by giving several announcements related to the commemoration of disaster preparedness day..
In this disaster preparedness ceremony, the head of the Wonotirto sub-district said that the Wonotirto sub-district must plant trees in every village., by mobilizing the community to plant trees one person at a time and each family must plant trees according to the number of families. Apart from that, Wonotirto sub-district itself has started to implement this.
Apart from that, the sub-district head in his speech also said that he was very happy to have students who were carrying out KKN and welcomed them very enthusiastically..
With this disaster preparedness day, it is hoped that the community can cultivate integrated training, planned and sustainable to increase awareness, community awareness and preparedness towards a safe environment.
