Kemloko, Hang out – The Posyandu in Dusun Kuwut was carried out today with great enthusiasm from the residents. This posyandu is held every Wednesday of every week. The Posyandu for Toddlers in Kuwut Hamlet today was held at the residence of Mr. Rw of Kuwut Hamlet himself.. This toddler posyandu event was held with the aim of providing the community and children” In Kuwut hamlet, they receive adequate and controlled health services.

In today's posyandu activities, we had a chance to chat with the midwife who was pregnant-handle posyandi activities which is taking place today. “So we don't just implement it Posyandu activities for toddlers only, sis, but also posyandu for the elderly. Yang the activity is usually elderly exercise, health services and I am very enthusiastic because the residents and society here are very enthusiastic its implementation” said Midwife Piah (that's what we call it).

Understanding of posyandu itself is the Integrated Health Family Planning Service Post (Posyandu) is basic health activities organized from, by and for the community assisted by health workers. Posyandu is one of the efforts Community Resource Health (UKBM). So, Posyandu is an activity self-help from the community in the health sector with the village head in charge

Posyandu was started primarily for serving toddlers (immunization, weigh the body) and elderly people (Posyandu for the Elderly), and was born through a Joint Decree between Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia (Minister of Home Affairs), Minister of Health (Minister of Health) RI, Head of Agency National Family Planning Coordination (BKKBN) and Head of the Mobilization Team (TP) Building Family Wellbeing (PKK) and launched around the year 1986. Posyandu was developed on the initiative of President Soeharto in 1984, Posyandu Once upon a time it was the pride of the people. Every month, people flocked to the Posyandu which was managed on a community basis.

According to the local Health Service, the purpose of holding Posyandu is to:: Accelerate the reduction in infant mortality, children under five and birth rates. Accelerate receipt of NKKBS. Increasing the community's ability to develop health and other supporting activities, as needed.
