KRAJAN, DEMUK – On Friday, 3 February 2023 in Krajan RT hamlet. 02 RW. 02 Community service work has been carried out in the road environment around the Demuk village hall in order to clean the Krajan hamlet village, namely cleaning the road area from plastic waste and wild grass around the area., which was carried out by all village officials and UIN KKN participants Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung.
According to Mr. Suroso, the head of the RT, he stated that cleaning the village aims to express gratitude to God for the harvest obtained. Furthermore, The village clean service aims to seek protection from negative things in everyday life.
"I really support the community service program with the community in Demuk village. So that, increase friendship with the community as well," said the KKN Field Supervisor, Nuril Farida Maratus.
The community service activities started at 07.00 WIB. Devotional work is done by pulling grass, clean up plastic waste, trim the weeds around the road, and cut down dead trees. This activity aims to keep the environment clean and preserve the environment of existing natural resources. The progress and development of the times will erode the cultures that exist in the village, then there needs to be actions and efforts to protect those cultures, one of them is mutual cooperation. By holding this community service activity, It is hoped that the culture of mutual cooperation in the village can be maintained.
