
TALENT, SENDANG – Administrative records have an important role in a business, because it is related to the financial condition of the business owned. Talang Village has many developing MSMEs, However, almost all MSMEs in Talang Village have not implemented administrative bookkeeping properly and correctly. Many MSMEs do not separate money needed for business activities from money to meet personal needs, so that MSMEs often experience losses.
“In Talang there are many MSMEs and they have the potential to continue to grow, the superior products are skewers and doormats, However, many MSMEs experience business losses because the recording administration is still less than optimal,” said Mr Asmungi as Head of Talang Village.
Follow up on this, Talang KKN students 1 do a search and survey to several MSMEs in Talang Village. Indeed, the majority of local MSMEs tend not to implement administrative bookkeeping, if anyone implements it, it is still very simple. Whereas, Also found was a potentially promising MSME, namely chicken farming, furniture, making smoked fish, and tofu factory.
“Personally, I don't use bookkeeping, because money for business capital and for house needs are one and I think I'm on my own,” said Mr. Narto, owner of a wooden furniture MSME in Tenggong Hamlet.
On Saturday, 4 February 2023 Talang KKN students 1 held a seminar with the theme "Optimizing MSME Administration" which took place at the Talang Village hall with the aim of helping provide information to the public regarding bookkeeping or administrative records properly and correctly. This seminar was presented by Dr. Deny Yudiantoro, SAP., S.Pd., M.M., as a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung with the material title "The Importance of Micro Business Financial Recording" which was attended by village officials and MSME actors throughout Talang Village.
