Tulungagung, Wednesday 31 July 2024 The UNIDA GONTOR Ponorogo Abdimas Team implemented it Benchmarking to UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. A number 10 people consist of 9 UNIDA Gontor lecturer and 1 UMPO lecturer (Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo) received by the Chairman of LP2M UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung at the LP2M office.
The Abdimas team is commanded by Dr. Mohammad Muslih. At the beginning of his speech, he said that coming to Tulungagung was a lesson in itself. Because the Abdimas Team will learn a lot about the achievements of community service carried out by LP2M UIN SATU, "Aside from visiting us, our visit was for learning and mutual exchange related to community service, we get a trust from the ministry to carry out service to the community, so as it is benchmarking "We will get ideas and concepts to carry out this service".
Head of LP2M Prof. Dr. Drink Naim, M.H.I. expressed his joy at the presence of Ponorogo friends who were present in Tulungagung. It was one of his special joys to have Ponorogo friends visit him, and actually it was an opportunity for a special reunion for him with Dr. Muslih, because the two of them were friends during their PhD at UIN Sunan Kalijaga.
To Naim, the nickname of the LP2M chairman conveyed several programs that had been implemented by LP2M. Including KKN that has been carried out during 1 semester, which is called KKN MDB (Building a Sustainable Village). This MDB KKN was the KKN that received the Best KKN award at the ICON UCE event in CIrebon in 2022 Then.
Another product resulting from Student KKN presented by the chairman of LP2M was a book. This book is an interesting one, because students besides writing activities during their time at KKN, they also wrote the Village Chronicle. The Village Chronicle is an important aspect because some of the villages used as KKN locations have not been revealed in depth. There are even more things that the public doesn't know yet. This book was later reported in print form, also reported in the form of files uploaded to OBS (can be accessed in the link https://obs.uinsatu.ac.id/index.php/satupress).
Head of PkM Center, Dr. Muntahibun Nafis added that various types of KKN were carried out by LP2M UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. Start Regular Multi Sectoral KKN, Commonwealth Community Service Program, KKN Around Campus, International KKN, Religious Moderation KKN, KKN-MDB, National Community Service Program, and also Regional Community KKN.
In the discussion session, discussed about Devotion, the weakness so far has been in activities, not change. So for now the service is complete, report completed, said to be complete. The Chairman of LP2M said that, “The key word devotion is Transformation, so it has to be measurable before And after, which at first wasn't good, be better, So the basis is change and process." Benchmarking It is hoped that this can be followed up into collaboration between UNIDA Gontor and LP2M UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung in the context of the Tridharma of Higher Education.
