
KRABI, THAILAND – International collaboration of four universities, namely the Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang (UMT), Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM), Banten State Islamic University (UIN Banten), and Tulungagung State Islamic University (UIN Tulungagung) led by Dr. Aidil Syah Putra as Director of the UMT International Affairs Office, Dr. Hj. Noor Eka Chandra (ULM), Dr. Ade Fakih Kurniawan (UIN Banten), and Dr. Muhammad Muntahibun Nafis (UIN Tulungagung), carry out Community Service activities (PkM) International in Thailand. The event was held at Eakkapapsassanawich Islamic School (EIS) on Tuesday and Wednesday, 17-18 Muharram 1446 H coincides with 23-24 July 2024.

This activity was held at the invitation of the director of the Association of Education Cultural International (AECI), Mr. Takeem customer, and Principal of EIS, Mr. Farid Mante. The aim is to introduce Indonesian to foreign speakers (BEEP) and provide motivation to teachers and students. Participants in this activity are representatives of teachers who collaborate with AECI and students at EIS. Also present, vice principal, a number of teachers from both Thailand and Indonesia as companions. The total number of participants who attended this activity was approx 50 people.
AECI is one of UMT's institutional partners, ULM, UIN Banten, and UIN Tulungagung in Thailand, who have been working together since years 2022. This collaboration has been going on for two years 2024. So far, This collaboration is very active, including sending a number of students for international KKN every year since 2022 to date.
