However, it can also occur as a result of abuse or trauma experienced by children and women, so you have excessive anxiety. Winny also said that women are more susceptible to the risk of GAD, and discrimination (on women and children) can be at risk of increasing depression. At a certain level, GAD will have a very bad impact on health, therefore women who suffer from GAD need support.

Among them is to stop discriminating against women and children, good parenting in the family environment, creating a social environment that is friendly to women and children, as well as paying attention to the "special rights" of a woman because of her nature.

He said assistance for GAD could be provided Praent-school/organization partnership, Selfcounseling, Fading technique, Emotional Freedom Technique and what is no less important is spiritual therapy. According to him, spiritual therapy is very important and can be very effective in reducing the impact of GAD. Prof. Elfi also conveyed the importance of assistance for someone experiencing the effects of GAD. Don't let those affected by GAD prefer to expose their problems on social media which doesn't actually provide a solution.
