By MDB KKN 2022– On 19 Mei 2022 carry out reforestation activities in several places in Jajar Village. This greening activity was initiated by the health and environment division of the KKN MDB as a momentary activity, Greening activities were carried out in the Jajar Gumregah park, which is precisely in the area around Paseban Kumbokarnan. In this activity, KKN students collaborated with several mass organizations in Jajar Village, among them there are Pokdarwis (Tourism Awareness Group) and Karang Taruna. This activity also invited several community leaders, like the village head, father carik, village forestry instructor, Babinsa, bktm, Lmdh Perhutani etc.
The greening activity began with an opening carried out by MC from KKN students, followed by remarks made by the village head and chairman of the Pokdarwis. Then continued the symbolic handing over of the seeds to the village head and chairman of the Pokdarwis by the chairman of the KKN. Only after that did the event close and continued planting in the area around Paseban. Because this greening target is implemented in two places, There are several groups implementing this reforestation. For the guests, the focus was on planting trees in the Paseban area and several KKN students were deployed to plant trees in the spring area..
There is 3 types of plants planted in this reforestation activity, i.e. there is 100 soursop, 100 durian and 50 teak tree, with the total amount there 250 seeds. In the Paseban area, soursop and several durian are planted 2 jati. Meanwhile, the entire spring area is planted with teak trees. The first planting was carried out by the Jajar village head, then followed by shredding, Pokdarwis, youth organization, Lmdh, bktm, forestry NGO, Babinsa, and only then the planting is carried out together with KKN students.
