ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING REGISTRATION OF NATIONAL KKN PARTICIPANTS 2022

This was announced to all UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung students who will take part in the KKN program, based on the National KKN participant application letter Number 111/Pan-KKNK/LPPM-UPR/V/2022 dated 19 Mei 2022 regarding requests from prospective National KKN participants this year 2022 college delegates, then the National Community Service Program was opened. This National Community Service Program will take place in Central Kalimantan Province 45 day with the number of participants from UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah as much as 5 people, the terms and conditions are as follows:

National Community Service Terms and Conditions

1. Active student at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung semester 6 with GPA ≥ 3,25 and pass the minimum courses 100 SKS (proven by transcript).
2. Read the Qur'an fluently
3. Have academic and/or non-academic achievements (proven by a certificate)
4. Obtain approval from parents/guardians (proven by a stamped statement)
5. Have good national commitment and Islamic skills.
6. Not married yet.
7. Have had the minimum dose of vaccination 2 proven by a vaccine certificate.
8. Activists are characterized by being or having previously been administrators of student organizations both intra and extra campus (proven by a management decree or membership card).
9. Preferably have writing skills (proven by writing essays about ideas and ideas with the theme of national insight).

National KKN requirements files:

1. Registration form.
2. Transcripts.
3. Academic and/or non-academic certificates
4. Vaccine certificate.
5. Letter of consent from parent/guardian
6. Photocopy of KTP
7. Management decree or organization membership card (intra/extra) campus
8. Photo 4 x 6 red background (1 sheet)
9. Writing in the form of an essay is typed on A5 size paper 500 say. Font size 12 Times News Roman font type.
10. Files are put in a green folder and given an identity.

Facilities for Participants

National KKN participants will receive facilities in the form of return tickets.

For students who meet these requirements, You can register according to the schedule above by filling in the following link https://forms.gle/PQEEwvt9iJFr99GX9 .

Furthermore, bring the required files in a green folder to be collected at the LP2M office. Students who are declared to have passed do not need to take regular KKN. Whereas, student who not pass are welcome to register in other KKN programs. Thus this announcement was made, Thank you for your attention.
