DEVELOPMENT – Public services or general services are all provisions of public goods or services provided by the private sector, such as private hospitals, private college, and privately owned transportation companies.
Basically public services in Kembangan village, Pule sub-district can be said to be good and the service is also friendly. However, public services here are still limited f2f ( face to face ).
This form of service is a service that requires each consumer to come to the office provided to take care of the things they want. Therefore, students from KKN in Kembangan Village took the initiative to socialize the importance of technology and information as well as training to facilitate IT-based public services for the Kembangan village community.
So basically if people want to take care of letters like letters they can't, death certificate etc, just do it at home. Just open the gadget, isi form, so letter.
And this is what motivates us, as well as our goals in carrying out our work, in order to create a more modern developing village and easier public services, fast, appropriate, without being late.
The theme of this activity "Utilization of information technology to facilitate public services” . This event was led by Mr. Annas Ribab Sibilana. The concept of the event here is in the form of socialization and training to provide public services via IT directly and also about the importance of IT.
Meanwhile, the event here is a forum, which is when a presenter has finished carrying out the material presented, Invited guests are invited to ask questions and discuss together. This aims to increase the audience's understanding of the material that has been presented. This event was guided by a moderator from the KKN students themselves. This event was attended by the RT head, RW, Public figure, Village Apparatus.
Basically, we, the KKN students from Kembangan village, already have our own website with the aim of providing content that we will later create to foster curiosity about this Kembangan village.. and later readers can visit Kembangan village, Pule sub-district. We hope that the event we have created on that date will be very useful for the people of Kembangan village, especially in terms of public services.
