
Besole, Tulungagung – Wednesday, 15 January 2020, Real Work Study students (KKN) Besole Disaster Resilience Post held an opening event. Located at the Besole Village Head's Office, This opening was attended by the Village Head and his apparatus, Besole Youth Organization, public figure, and representatives of the Research and Community Service Institute IAIN Tulungagung.
At this opening event, a speech was given by Lukman Khakim Pratama as Village Coordinator, Amrullah Ali Mobien as Field Supervisor (DPL), and Suratman as Village Head.
In his speech, Suratman said “Please pursue your dreams, so that Tulungagung Regency is better than the previous year.” Besides that, He also advised students to study resources that have the potential to support village activities for the development and progress of Pandean village.
Disaster Resilience KKN is a form of community service activity by students, which is focused on the southern Tulungagung area, namely Besuki District. This area has been in the spotlight because it is considered disaster-prone. One of the steps taken is to provide assistance to the community so that they are aware of disasters that have the potential to occur.
There is 3 the post which is the location for Disaster Resilience KKN, one of them is in Besole Village. The Besole Command Post itself is inhabited by 6 male students and 20 female students. This KKN took place from 10 January arrives 15 February 2020. Later there will be work programs that will be implemented on the basis of DPL guidance and with the approval of village officials.
