Research within UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung basically accepts various research initiatives related to religious issues, humanity, technology, science, environment, health, education, and social and social issues to answer various problems and challenges of social life, nation and state in Indonesia. The research themes within UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung refer to the research themes contained in the National Religious Research Agenda (ARKAN) 2018-2028, while continuing to align these themes with the agenda and National Research Master Plan (RIRN) issued by the National Research Council of the Year 2016, and Master Plan for Research Development at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung Year 2018-2023.
