1. Power of attorney in pdf format. (Examples can be downloaded).
2. MSME Letter (UIN SATU Ortaker) already prepared LP2M.
3. deed of company (Establishment of the UIN SATU Institution) already prepared LP2M.
4. Scan KTP.
5. Scan NPWP.
6. Statement Letter in pdf form. (examples can be downloaded)
7. Proof of Copyright Transfer in pdf format. (examples can be downloaded)
8. Examples of Work (pdf)
9. Fill biodata in word form. (examples can be downloaded)
