For names/groups who are declared to have passed, they are required to follow up on the following provisions:
- Collect hard copies (hard copy) registration form and statement letter (stamped) at the LP2M UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung Office from the publication of this announcement until the date 16 Mei 2025 o'clock 16.00.
