In order to increase the visibility and track record of lecturers' scientific publications, Assistance activities for creating a Google Scholar account have been carried out, SINTA account (Science and Technology Index), as well as the account merger process with GARUDA (Digital Reference Garba). This activity aims to strengthen the academic identity of lecturers while optimizing the management of scientific publication data in an integrated manner on various national and international indexation platforms.
The lecturers enthusiastically participated in this mentoring activity as part of efforts to improve the quality of scientific publications and academic rankings. In the first session, Participants were given an explanation regarding the importance of having a well-managed academic profile through the platform Google Scholar. Through this account, Lecturers can collect all scientific papers that have been published for citation, h-index, and research progress can be monitored automatically.
Furthermore, Participants receive assistance in the account creation and verification process FEEL managed by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. This platform functions as a research performance mapping system for lecturers and researchers in Indonesia. By having a verified SINTA account, lecturers can integrate publication data, citation, as well as other research activities so that they have an impact on improving academic reputation both individually and institutionally.

In the next session, participants are also guided in doing merger or merger of accounts on the GARUDA platform. This process is important for lecturers who have more than one publication profile so that all scientific works can be collected under the same identity. Thus, Publication data becomes neater, easy to track, and minimizing data duplication in the national indexing system.
This mentoring takes place interactively using direct practice methods, so that participants can complete the account creation process and profile management independently. The accompanying team also provides technical guidance on how to add publications, improve article metadata, and synchronize data between platforms.
Through this activity, it is hoped that lecturers will increasingly understand the importance of managing academic digital identity. Apart from increasing the traceability of scientific work, account management on Google Scholar, FEEL, and GARUDA also contribute to improving the quality of research, scientific collaboration, as well as the reputation of universities at national and international levels.
This mentoring activity is one of the strategic steps in supporting a more productive scientific publication culture, transparent, and integrated in the academic environment. With the optimization of the scientific indexation platform, It is hoped that lecturers' research works can be more widely accessed and make a real contribution to the development of science.
