By Inclusive KKN is KKN specifically for students who are unable to attend Real Work Lectures either in the form of Regular or Collaborative KKN due to disabilities, comorbid illness, hamil, or breastfeeding. The terms and conditions are as follows:
- Terms and Conditions for Inclusive KKN
- Active student at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung for at least one semester 6 with a minimum of DPO credits 80;
- Students are not or are on leave or have other academic problems;
- Students have a history of comorbidities that make it impossible for them to live at the KKN location, disability, pregnant or breastfeeding conditions;
- Ready to do KKN in their respective villages of choice;
- Ready to fulfill the KKN administration required in their respective regions;
- Obtain approval from parents/guardians (proven by a stamped statement);
- Inclusion KKN requirements files:
- Fill out the registration form (attached format);
- Transcripts (screenshot of the study history menu in Smartcampus);
- Letter of consent from parent/guardian (attached format);
- Scan original KTP or KTM;
- Disability certificate, or comorbid illness, or pregnant, or breastfeeding from a midwife, doctor, or other health units;
- All scanned files are combined into one file in the form of a PDF file, then uploaded to personal Google Drive. After that, copy the file link and upload it via the following Google Form: https://forms.gle/12NjshKA6sR3RKQ56
