They pack, Responsibility – On Saturday date 28 January 2023 The communications and publications division started its work program by holding graphic design training outreach for the Pakisrejo village youth organization which was held at the Pakisrejo village hall, Responsibility. This socialization aims to increase the insight and skills of Pakisrejo village youth youth groups regarding graphic design. Before carrying out socialization, the communications and publications division coordinated with the village head and youth organization chairman.
Coordination is carried out on date 24 January 2023. This aims to ask for permission and approval from the youth organization and village head as well as borrowing the village hall for socialization events. The youth organization and Pakisrejo village officials welcomed the good intentions of the communications and publications division to carry out its work program.
After coordinating with the youth organization and the village head, KKN friends from the communication and publication division carried out further coordination at the Pakisrejo village hall.. After arriving at the Pakisrejo village hall we were immediately directed to the service room.
Then we explained the purpose of our coming here to hold socialization as well as borrow the village hall for the socialization event which will be held on 28 January 2023. Pakisrejo village officials also welcomed our purpose in coming and allowed us to carry out socialization as well as borrow space from the village hall.
Before the first socialization was carried out on the date 28 January 2023 KKN friends from the Communication and Publication Division made preparations in advance by cleaning the Pakisrejo village hall, Responsibility, Tulungagung. Once everything was complete, the communications and publications division continued installing it banner and a projector and all the tools needed for socialization.
At o'clock 19.00 It was felt that all participants and invited guests had been gathered, so the communications and publications division began its work program. In the middle of the event it turned out that Pakisrejo village experienced a power outage. After thinking about it together, we finally used a generator to become an emergency power source.
The event was finally able to continue, but there was one more thing that was hampering friends from the communications and publication division because when we were practicing Canva, we all had signal problems.. Suggestion after suggestion, finally we continued the event with Canva practice carried out at the house of the chairman of the youth organization on the date 29 January 2023.
We, the KKN members, especially the Media and Publications Division, flocked to the house of the chairman of the youth organization. Upon arrival, We were served snacks and immediately started practicing using Canva. After everyone has finished practicing, We talked about the talents and interests of the youth organization itself until we closed with those who asked for a second socialization activity, namely photographers.
