The KALIPO work program is one of the programs owned by the economic division where the aim of this work program is to conduct cooking innovation classes together.. This work program is implemented on weekdays, 5 February 2023 which was attended by local mothers.
This activity started at 9.30 until o'clock 11.45 which is located in Mr Andri's warehouse. In this cooking innovation class, The theme of the cooking is food made from corn, which then the economic division KKN participants and local women innovate corn into a food called pandan layered corn talam cake..
In making this pandan layered corn cake, of course you need certain tools, including a stove, steamer, blender, knife, spoon, spatula, filter, basin, brass, plastic mica and pan. Besides that, In making this layered corn talam cake you also need several ingredients, namely sweet corn, rice flour, tapioca flour, flour, coconut cream, sugar, garam, vanilla, food coloring, pandan leaves and oil.
This pandan layered corn talam cake is actually still a traditional food which has a very distinctive taste and is of course very delicious. The KALIPO work program is actually carried out with the aim of ensuring that the surrounding community, especially Ngepoh village, can provide new innovations to mothers in Ngepoh village so that they can create new things or new innovations regarding food..
Moreover, Ngepoh village itself has quite good potential for corn farming, so this should be able to be used as one of the things that can generate cash or in other words, it can be useful for increasing the economy.. Therefore, This product innovation class is carried out in order to create innovations in processing agricultural products such as corn.
