TALENT, SENDANG - On 8 February 2023, in shaping children's creativity, There needs to be special activities to train and develop children's creativity. One activity that can shape creativity in children is holding a coloring competition. Coloring is a creative activity, where children are invited to apply one or several colored strokes to a shape or image pattern, thus creating a work of art.
Talang Village apparently has quite a lot of children in the play group (preschool) as well as in kindergarten (TK). In connection with that, Mrs. Anik and Mrs. Lia as teachers at Dharma Wanita Talang II Kindergarten conveyed, Here in Talang there are many children who are the next generation, apart from the role of parents, The role of PAUD and Kindergarten teachers is also very important in developing children's creativity and intelligence.
Following up on this, students participated in the Regular Multisectoral Group KKN 22 Talent 1 make further observations about the children's interests which also encourages their creativity and intelligence. After conducting a field survey, It can be concluded that the results will really attract children's attention – children if a competition is held.
Mrs. Kayati said that the children of Dharma Wanita Talang II Kindergarten were able to understand various colors and really enjoyed coloring. Therefore, on 8 February 2023, students participating in Regular Multisectoral Group KKN 22 Talang I held a coloring competition which took place at the Dharma Wanita Talang II Kindergarten.
The theme raised is Happy Wednesday which apart from being aimed at having fun, but also aims to provide a platform for children to be able to be creative according to their imagination so that they can develop their creative potential.. This coloring competition activity was attended by all students – Ceria PAUD and Dharma Wanita Talang II Kindergarten students.
The coloring competition activity began with an opening, namely a joint prayer and a welcome from the school principal. During the activity, children are allowed to be as creative as they like without direction or time limits.
