By Institute for Research and Community Service (LP2M) UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung has scheduled a Lecture Series. The event was held on Tuesday, 20 August 2024 in the hall on the third floor of the Rectorate Building. Attended by the leadership of LP2M UIN SATU Tulungagung, This event brought Prof. Dr. Khoiruddin, M.A from UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta as speaker. The theme of the discussion was interesting, namely Islamic Laws in Southeast Asia, which highlighted a flashback of Islamic styles and models in Southeast Asia. The participants, consisting of lecturers and postgraduate and postgraduate students, looked enthusiastic, This can be seen from the active discussion moments.
Prof. Ngainun Na'im as Chair of LP2M UIN SATU Tulungagung conveyed the urgency of this kind of activity in the tertiary environment. The reason is that according to him, this event is an effort to broaden insight and increase the soft skills of academics. Lecturers and students as drivers and developers of knowledge must know and master their surroundings. So that with this insightful knowledge and experience, an academic can develop and develop intellectual aspects.
