Announcement of Regular Multisectoral KKN Registration, Inclusion KKN, And KKN Around Campus 2025

In connection with the holding of the annual KKN 2025, The Institute for Research and Community Service announced the registration and implementation of several types of KKN as follows:

MULTISECTORAL REGULAR KKN

Announcement of registration for Regular Multisectoral KKN 2025 will be announced further in May 2025.

INCLUSION KKN

Inclusive KKN is KKN specifically for students who are unable to take part in Real Work Lectures in both Regular and MDB forms due to instability., comorbid illness, hamil, and/or breastfeeding. The terms and conditions are as follows:

Terms and Conditions for Inclusive KKN

1. Active student at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung 6th semester or more and has passed the minimum courses 90 SKS DPO;
2. Students are not on leave or in other academic problems;
3. Students have a history of comorbidities that make it impossible for them to live at the KKN location, distability, pregnant or breastfeeding conditions;
4. Ready to carry out KKN in their respective villages/regions;
5. Ready to fulfill the KKN administration required in their respective regions;
6. Obtain approval from parents/guardians (proven by a stamped statement);

Inclusion KKN requirements files:

• File scan of the completed registration form;
• Grade transcript scan file;
• File scan of statement of consent from parents/guardians;
• File scan foto 4 x 6 background red (affixed to the registration form);
• KK and KTP files;
• (For those who are pregnant and breastfeeding) Attach a scan of the identity page from the KIA Book (Maternal and Child Health);
• Scan file of disability certificate, or comorbid illness, or pregnant, or breastfeeding from a midwife, doctor, or health unit;

Whereas, Students who do not meet the requirements above are welcome to register for Regular Multisectoral.

KKN AROUND THE CAMPUS

Selingkar Campus KKN is a KKN group consisting of a minimum 15 and maximum 35 students from 4 different faculties to promote religious and social preaching around campus. The Selingkar Campus KKN was held in Kedungwaru District (Ringinpitu Village, nggulsari village, Plosokandang Village), Boyolangu District (Tanjungsari Village, Karangrejo Village, and Serut Village). This KKN was held during 45 day. The terms and conditions are as follows:

Selingkar Campus KKN Terms and Conditions

1. Active student of UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung semester 6/more with GPA ≥ 3,25 and pass the minimum courses 90 SKS DPO.
2. Read the Qur'an fluently;
3. The group/team must have a number of members who are ready to become Friday Khatib, The leader is diba/tahlil, and/or teaching the Qur'an;
4. Physically and spiritually healthy;
5. Obtain approval from parents/guardians (proven by a stamped statement letter);
6. Have good national commitment and Islamic skills;
7. Not married yet;
8. Activists are characterized by being or having previously been administrators of student organizations both intra and extra campus ;
9. Consists of one team with a minimum number 15 students and maximum 35 students from 4 faculty with a free study program composition;
10. Each team creates 1 proposal page as attached to this announcement;
11. List of members and signatures of group members (attached template);

12. Willing to take care of KKN administration at the destination, good Kesbangpol, Village Office and District Office;

• The Selingkar Campus KKN requirements files are collected by the Team Leader collectively consisting of::
• File list of student names along with NIM and Study Program;
• Registration form;
• Grade Transcript File (Screenshot of Study History);
• Scan of academic and/or non-academic certificates
• Scan of statement of consent from parents/guardians;
• Scan KTP (for the Chief);
• Scan the management decree or organization membership card (intra/extra) campus;
• File Photo .jpg background red;
• File .pdf proposal, like the template attached to this announcement;

• Activity Stages

For students who meet these requirements, You can register according to the schedule above. Students who are declared to have passed do not need to take regular KKN. Whereas, Students who do not pass are welcome to register for Regular Multisectoral.
