Announcement of Name List of Volunteers "Friends with Disabilities of UIN SATU" Partners "Faqeh USIM Friends" Year 2025

Delivered to volunteer registrants, that based on the results of the selection of volunteers "Friends with Disabilities of UIN SATU" Partners "Sahabat Faqeh USIM" in 2025, then we
Institute for Research and Community Service, UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung, convey the conditions and results of the registration selection as follows:

1. The list of names selected to take part in the offline symposium and launching activities is listed in the attachment to this announcement;
2. Selected participants took part in the symposium and launching activities offline as per point 1 to confirm your willingness by joining the Whatsapp group no later than Tuesday, 16 September 2025 o'clock 08.00 WIB; https://chat.whatsapp.com/DNjUfZCIwKvGqvncpyy0uQ
3. Participants who are selected to take part in offline activities as per point 1 willing to take part in all activities during the event tomorrow on:
   Day/Date : 17 September 2025
   Place : Rectorate Hall, Floor III
   Time : O'clock 07.30 WIB until finished
   Information : a. Wearing a campus alma mater jacket with a basic shirt
   b. Wear shoes and bring stationery
   c. Course dispensation letters will be given via the group to 30
   participants whose names are listed offline
4. List of names that are not included in the offline participants, follow these activities as per point 3 via live streaming via the SATU TELEVISION channel;
5. The selected participants are LP2M's prerogative as determined based on
   portfolio that has been uploaded and history of service and experience held;
6. All volunteers, both offline and online, in the future will have the potential to
   involved in various activities related to disabilities;
7. Presences will be shared with all volunteers online at the end of the session;
