Community Service Program (KKN) IAIN Tulungagung in Kedawung Village, District. Nglegok Kab. Blitar officially opened, In Kedawung Village itself there are two posts spread across Salam hamlet (post 1) and Kedawung (post 2). Before starting the opening ceremony, the KKN participants consisted of posts 1 And 2 coordinate to prepare and make the event a success. Preparations started from a meeting in the early hours of the morning 13 January 2020 then the next day all the KKN participants had been preparing themselves since the morning starting at 12:30 08.00 WIB.
Opening Ceremony of IAIN TULUNGAGUNG KKN 2020 in Kedawung Village, Nglegok District, it was held on Tuesday, 14 January 2020 at the Kedawung Village Hall at 10.00 WIB. which was attended by the head of Kedawung village, Mr DPL, Mr. Babinsa, and several invited guests (village figures). The reception was completed by Luqmanul Hakim as the conductor (village coordinator), father Dr. H. M. Darin Arif Mua'allifin, S.H., M.Hum. as DPL (field supervisor), village head, and Mr. Babinsa.
The first greeting from the Kedawung Kordes, "We thank you very much, especially the village head, who has allowed us to socialize with the people of Kedawung. We apologize if there are many mistakes in our work program activities and perhaps they are not in line with what is in the village.. We ask for cooperation from the Kedawung community so that this activity can run smoothly." Mr. DPL said that, "Posko hosts are allowed to punish KKN participants if they do not participate in community activities and do not carry out their obligations properly, and students are obliged to apply the knowledge they have gained on campus in activities in the community.".
Mr. Abdurahman as the head of Kedawung village expressed his thanks to IAIN Tulungagung for entrusting Kedawung village as a location for KKN in 2020 It is hoped that the KKN participants can have a big influence on the village because the KKN participants already have provisions from college, such as the theme raised as a service theme, namely "Social Resilience for a More Advanced Indonesia.".
And also the village head added that there are many village problems that need to be resolved because they have not been resolved by the Kedawung village community itself and we as the village are wide open to KKN participants to carry out the process as stated by the lecturer, namely that students are not only serving but also studying in the village here..
