
Kotes, Gandusari – IAIN Tulungagung Real Work Study Students, who was placed in Kotes Village, Gandusari, Blitar. Carrying out the opening of the first wave of Regular Multisectoral KKN which was held at the Kotes Village Hall. This opening event was attended by all Kotes village officials, and also a number of forty KKN students which were held on Monday (13/01/2020).
The opening of the KKN was attended by as many as 16 invited guests, including the village head and his apparatus, RT and RW from several hamlets, youth organization, BPD members, and KAMTIBNAS. The purpose of the presence of village officials at this opening event was not only to welcome, but also to provide input, description and information about Kotes village. Before KKN students carried out activities in the Kotes village community.
This activity was carried out starting at 13.00 WIB and finished at 15.00 WIB. Starting with a welcome by the Village Coordinator, Faisal Helmi. Next is a speech from the District Coordinator, Mahda Fuad, Hall of Field Guides, Easter Bible, and finally a welcome from the Village Head of Kotes Maryana, S.E.
Multisectoral Community Empowerment KKN based on Local Potential 2020 The first wave of IAIN Tulungagung raised the theme Social Resilience for Advanced Indonesia.
“Social resilience, The resilience referred to by this theme is how a person is able to live in difficult conditions," said the District Coordinator, Maybe.
He continued that every KKN cannot be the same, because every region, area, the social reality is not the same. Therefore, in any condition, it is hoped that students will be able to face every condition without complaining too much. Social interaction with society, adaptation to the new environment, Communication with new friends must also be well established, and of course students must be responsive.
Korcam also closed his remarks by entrusting the KKN students in Kotes Village to all village officials, and representatives of the Kotes Village community.
“For example, if you want to be able to do activities, it's easy to be busy nopo, you don't have to be ashamed to be friends with KKN," he said.
The Field Supervisor who was also present gave a speech at the opening of the KKN in Kotes Village. Apart from handing over KKN students to Village officials, He also gave a message to students to learn about community in Kotes village.
The final welcome given by the Head of Kotes Village was warm and very open, He started his conversation by introducing the Village officials who were present at the event. He introduced the community activities that take place in Kotes village, and encourage students to participate in each activity.
He emphasized that students who do KKN develop products that exist in the village community, and his vision is "One RT One Product".
The KKN in Kotes village is divided into two groups and occupies two posts. The first post is in Kotes Hamlet, and the second post is in Semandingan Hamlet. Each group has members 20 people. The first group consists of 15 women and 5 man, while group two has members 14 women and 6 man.
After the event closes, A photo was taken with the village head and his apparatus.
