NGADIPURO, BLITAR – In an effort to explore beach tourism in Ngadipuro village, Ngadipuro group KKN 1, especially the communication and publication division of UIN SATU Tulungagung with the support of Field Supervisors planning a work program based on the introduction/agro tourism pattern. One of the goals of this program is to introduce tourism in the Ngadipuro area so that it is known to the wider community.
Seeing the many destinations there are, We are working with the person in charge at each beach to get clearer information. Based on the information obtained, there are 13 hidden tourist destination in Ngadipuro village, Blitar district, includes Jebring beach, Pricen beach, Wedi Ireng beach, Keben beach, Dhadap is a beautiful beach, Pudak beach, Dung Dowo beach, Bakung beach, Benelan beach, Engkek cave, Goa Pricen, and Lowo cave.
This beach generally has rough waves, so it is not recommended to play or bathe on the beach. However, There are several beaches that have calm waves where you are allowed to play or bathe on the shore. Each beach has different management, one of them, Mas Maryono. This management is tasked with managing the beach. Mas Maryono said that this was to fulfill the responsibilities and kinship between the management, An agreement was made that if you wanted to leave the management group, you had to pay a fine in the form of money 1 million rupiah.
When at the beach, Visitors will feel like they are on a private island because it is still unknown to many people. The recommended time to visit the beach is during the dry season because the access along the road is very extreme with rocks and peat soil. Visitors can travel by motorbike and jeep, because the route is still bumpy and cannot be passed by cars other than jeeps.
Apart from the beach, There is another potential in this village, namely processed pudak fruit. This fruit comes from a type of pandan-pandanan plant on the beach with fruit that is red when ripe. This fruit has hard skin, fibrous texture, and it tastes a little sweet when eaten. So that, This fruit can be processed into jenang. “Apart from being processed into jenang, This pudak fruit can be used as a basic ingredient for making flour and ciu," said Mas Maryono.
We are members of the Ngadipuro KKN communications and publications division 1 We hope that in the future the beaches here will be known and visited by the wider community, as well as tourists as a beautiful beach tourist destination. [Communications and Publications Division/Nv]
