This Isra Mikraj commemoration activity included a tumpeng decorating competition with the parents and a drawing competition for kindergarten students from both KB classes., class A and class B. The tumpeng decorating competition for the parents of the students was divided into three groups according to the grade level of their sons and daughters.
The Tumpeng Decorating Competition will be held on the front terrace of the temporary classroom, At the same time, students will be given a Drawing Competition activity in class. The tumpeng decorating competition is given an estimated time 60 minute, The results will then be assessed by KKN teachers and students. There are three assessment categories, namely Compactness, Neatness, and Group Creativity.
O'clock 07.00 WIB, Kindergarten students are directed to carry out morning exercise routines in the school yard. Meanwhile, the students' parents prepared for a tumpeng decorating competition on the terrace accompanied by the teacher. KKN students condition kindergarten students to go to class so that the day's activities remain conducive. The competition starts at 08.00 WIB, either a drawing competition or a tumpeng decorating competition.
Once the decorating time limit is over, KKN students went around to see the decorations made by their parents. The assessment is done carefully and carefully. After conducting an assessment, KKN teachers and students discuss the assessment results in the office. Before the winner of the tumpeng decorating competition is announced, all students, guru, parents and KKN students eat together as a result of the parents' hard work. Meanwhile, in the classroom, all kindergarten students get snack as their award in the drawing competition.
The winner was announced by the PKK Kindergarten teacher 1, The parents of the KB class won based on the assessment results because they were seen from a creativity perspective, neatness, and cohesiveness. They get the highest number of marks. Mrs. Endang, as school principal, also handed out prizes to representatives from each group according to their ranking.
The parents were very enthusiastic about receiving gifts from the teachers. They were so curious to see the cube-shaped gift packages.
