Namely gymnastics and environmental outreach aimed at Sumberdadap Elementary School students 1 And 3. Group 1 Sumberdadap chose elementary school students 1 And 3 Sumberdadap as the target.
The gymnastics and environmental outreach were carried out in the main field of SDN 1 And 3 Resources. The agenda was held at 07.30 WIB Actually, The activity is planned to start at 7 morning. However, On that day there were a few obstacles, namely, there are several teachers who arrive a little late. As a result, This activity had to be carried out at 07.30 WIB.
The activity began with a warm-up led by Mas Rahmat Dian. This warm-up is useful for reducing the risk of injury during exercise. After finishing warming up, followed by gymnastics. The first exercise is penguin exercise, an exercise that is quite popular among Sumberdadap Elementary School students 1 And 3.
This activity was carried out 2 exercise. Apart from penguin gymnastics, there is a scout exercise volume 1. After exercise, followed by socialization to protect the environment. Sumberdadap Elementary School students 1 And 3 invited to protect the environment and given an understanding of the importance of keeping the environment clean.
The socialization material is Mbak Arny. To attract the attention of Sumberdadap Elementary School students 1 And 3, group health and environment division 1 Sumberdadap prepared some door prizes. As expected, many students from Sumberdadap Elementary School 1 And 3 who are enthusiastic and interested in this socialization.
From several series of activities, elementary school students 1 And 3 Sumberdadap can understand the importance of maintaining health and the environment and can preserve the environment. Although many students find it difficult to organize this exercise activity, but we still invite back and encourage every student who lacks enthusiasm.
