NGADIPURO, WONOTIRTO – Sekolah Ceria is one of the work programs of the Ngadipuro KKN education division 1 which focuses on elementary schools. The school we are focusing on is Ngadipuro State Elementary School 3 and Ngadipuro Elementary School 4 or commonly known by the local community as the SATAP School (One Roof) which one is from kindergarten, SD, and junior high schools become one building block.
Ngadipuro KKN 1 served in Ngadipuro Village, part of Besole and Banyuurip Hamlet, Blitar Regency. These two areas are quite lagging behind other areas of Blitar Regency. Many road accesses are damaged and the difficulty of signals in this area is one of the inhibiting factors in carrying out our duties. Apart from that in these two places, from the education division found that there are many problems faced in the world of education here, one of which is a lack of motivation to develop.
This is where we as the education division try to develop work programs whose aim is to help with educational problems in the Ngadipuro Village community. Through one of our work programs, "Cheerful School", it is hoped that we can help direct the mindset of elementary school children in Ngadipuro Village so that they can be enthusiastic about school and want to dream big in achieving their goals..
In its implementation, from the education division makes a teaching schedule three times a week, namely Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Besides that, We also adapt to adjust the curriculum that is being implemented at the target school. One of them is at Ngadipuro State Elementary School 4 who still use the emergency curriculum, but the learning media still uses the curriculum 2013.
According to one of the teachers at the school, "we have actually tried to facilitate learning media in the form of modules, but there are still some parents who refuse to buy it. So, now we use a rotating system online-offline. The meaning is 1 electronic module in PDF form for 1 themes on the themes that are currently being used by KBM, then the next theme uses printed modules for students from Ngadipuro State Elementary School 4 can be like schools in developed areas out there".
Enter into student problems in class, where in class the KBM process runs in general. However, those of us who taught there had problems with the students (learners) Ngadipuro Elementary School 04 namely finding it difficult to count and the lack of cultural literacy in reading among students. This is a particular challenge for us to be able to solve this problem.
We use teaching methods by delivering material that we have previously understood. By using this method, we will present material that can be understood by students. So when we ask or ask questions, they have no difficulty when answering questions. [Ngadipuro Community Service Program 1/WFF]
