Tulungagung, 30 June 2025_Institute for Research and Community Service, Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah State Islamic University Tulungagung held a Provision of Real Work Lectures on the Archipelago on Religious and Nationality Moderation in 2025 2025 on Monday, 30 June 2025 located at the LP2M office. This event is an important part of the students' preparation stages before departing for cross-regional service locations.
The briefing, which was attended by ten delegations of KKN participants, was attended directly by the Head of the Center for Community Service, Dr. Muhammad Muntahibun Nafis, M. Pd, along with service staff Ahmad Natsir, M. Pd, and Secretary of LP2M, Mamang Didin Wahyudin. In his speech, Dr. Nafis expressed his appreciation and thanks to the participants who had passed the selection, especially amidst various technical and efficiency challenges which caused the postponement of this year's KKN selection process..
"It needs to be understood that this delay in selection does not only occur on our campus, but also on many other campuses. For, We should be grateful and remain enthusiastic because we have reached this point,he said (30/06/2025)
KKN Nusantara Religious Moderation is planned to be held in Kulon Progo Regency, DI Yogyakarta and National KKN in Makassar Regency, South Sulawesi. He emphasized that Nusantara KKN participants carry a noble mission of service, So it's not good to compare with other campuses or groups. Each participant has a task that must be completed with full commitment and awareness, not just going through routine formalities.
Students are scheduled to depart on that date 6 July 2025 and will follow the official release event on the date 7 July 2025. During the departure period, participants are required to take part in a series of technical briefings on the date 8 July 2025 which will be held at the University Hotel Yogyakarta where they will stay during the initial transition period.
One important emphasis in this briefing is the creation of an anthology book, which will be a reflective documentation of the journey and service of the KKN participants. The book can contain a variety of experiences, starting from the moment of departure, prayer together, to direct practice of community service. “This anthology book is not just a formality, this is proof of a trace of devotion. Every story, experience, and the challenges written will become part of the history of KKN Nusantara and KKN Kebangsaan UIN SATU,” stressed Mr. Nafis.
According to him, coordination and communication are the keys to success in carrying out community service. Participants are asked to actively communicate well with their group mates, Field Supervisor, and the local committee at the KKN location, as well as the central committee team at UIN SATU. "We don't just work there, but work together. That is the meaning of collaboration in service,” he concluded.
This provision is a reminder that KKN is not just an academic obligation but a call to responsibility as citizens and students with a social spirit.. Through the Indonesian and National KKN 2025, spirit of unity, cross-regional cooperation, and love of the Motherland is expected to grow stronger among students.
