ENGAGED, PELVIC – Real Work College Students (KKN) State Institute of Islamic Religion (IAIN) Tulungagung organizes activities “Promotion of Dental and Oral Care and Hand Washing to Prevent Hepatitis A” in SDN 03 Visit Monday, (05/08/2019).
In carrying out the event, KKN students in Besuki Village collaborate with the Pelvic Health Center Health Team. This socialization activity was attended by students very enthusiastically. The first activity started with the delivery of hand washing health material. Followed by the activity of providing guidance on proper and correct toothbrushing procedures.
In this activity, the community health center team distributed free toothbrushes to socialization participants. In this socialization, students were invited together by the Community Health Center Team to practice brushing their teeth and washing their hands together.
At the end of the activity, the community health center team carried out a dental examination for each student, Start checking for loose teeth, cavity, and teeth teeth. The community health center team also carried out tooth extractions for students whose teeth were loose. (*)
