Posyandu, To find out nutritional adequacy figures children and toddlers, Health and Environment Division of KKN IAIN Tulungagung 2020 assist female cadres and village midwives in carrying out Posyandu activities (Post Integrated Services) which took place at Mr Sucipto's house, Maguan Hamlet, Village Soso, District. Before helping with posyandu activities, colleagues from the health and environment division first helped prepare nutrition in the form of green bean porridge. One of the reasons green beans are given to toddlers is because green beans are a good source of B vitamins and minerals for children's bodies. Especially for the physical and mental development of toddlers.

Posyandu which started at 09.00 WIB was attended by many mothers and their babies and toddlers. The enthusiasm of the community can be seen from the large number of people who attended this posyandu. From this it can also be seen that the mother's concern for her child's health is very great. Posyandu activities begin with weighing the weight of babies and toddlers. Then proceed with measuring the child's height and head circumference, the results of which are then recorded in the KMS book (Card to Health). After that the results are recorded in the Posyandu administration book.

"The purpose of holding this posyandu is to monitor levels child growth, monitor the health of mothers and toddlers, and know nutrition bad kid", said Mrs. Mujiati, one of the posyandu cadres. “It used to be a posyandu too used as a place to check pregnant women, but for now Pregnant women's examinations are carried out at the Community Health Center according to the specified date already determined by the midwife", continued Mrs. Mujiati.

Posyandu activities continued with the distribution of nutrition to babies and toddlers. Each child gets a pack of mung bean porridge. This time, the Posyandu also collected data on women of childbearing age (WUS) and Couples of Childbearing Age (PUS). This data collection took a sample of all adult women including mothers who attended posyandu. Data taken includes age, partner's name (when married), and arm circumference.

Around o'clock 10.00 WIB Mrs. Erna as the Soso Village midwife has come to the Posyandu. Apart from accompanying and monitoring posyandu activities, in addition to accompanying and monitoring these activities, Mrs. Erna also checked the results of the weight examination, toddler's height and head circumference, then he also gave advice to mothers whose child's weight results were below the red line in the KMS book (Card to Health). Mrs. Erna also conveyed some information, one of which was regarding KIS and BPJS. He provided information to posyandu members who had KIS and BPJS to immediately collect it for re-data collection. This aims to see the active period of the card.

Finally, the posyandu process has been completed, We hope that the posyadu activities carried out by cadre mothers can reduce the rate of malnutrition in children and toddlers.
