TUMPAKKEPUH, Daffodils - Diba'an is a tradition that is done by reading or chanting prayers to the Prophet Muhammad SAW. This diba'an is usually filled with reading the birthday book and combined with some material from other birthday books. This diba'an is included in a series of events in Ahwaya Islami activities held by the Socio-Cultural and Religious Division.
From several surveys conducted by the Socio-Cultural and Religious Division, It can be concluded that the youth community in the religious realm is not running well. So therefore, activities such as this diabaan are less known by teenagers and children. From that reason, The Socio-Cultural and Religious Division held Diba'an activities in collaboration with TPQ students in Tumpakkepuh.
In addition to holding religious activities , The Socio-Cultural and Religious Division also has work programs that take part in teaching at the local TPQ. This is a teaching opportunity, The division, through its representatives, requested permission from the ustad and ustadzah to hold this activity. This diba'an was carried out by inviting TPQ students to attend and take part in the diba'an activities which at that time were still planned to be held every Monday evening.
During KKN activities, diba'an has been implemented twice. Namely the first on the date 30 January 2023 And 6 February 2023. This activity was carried out in the same place, namely the Nurul Huda Mosque, Tumpakkepuh around o'clock 18.30. First of all, this activity was opened with the evening prayer in congregation with TPQ students and Tumpakkepuh KKN members. 1.
After the congregational prayer is finished, members of the KKN group and students who attended sat in a circle on the terrace of the Nurul Huda Mosque, Tumpakkepuh. In leading the continuity of this event, member of the Tumpakkepuh KKN 1 did not focus the event on himself alone but on the TPQ participants who were present at that time, by involving everyone present to recite the diba'an.
