The event began by conducting a survey of several MSMEs in Krajan and Rowoagung hamlets. We see the production process, It turns out that not all MSMEs routinely produce and produce when there are only orders. Therefore, there are two MSMEs that could be certified as halal. Then our team inputs the data in the campus business center and creates the UMKM NIB.
We list the ingredients, processing, to product packaging. First, our group went to Mrs. Jatun's dentition, we look at the process of making a simple dent, Even though it is simple to make, it uses halal and clean ingredients, then we went to tape candy making products, We see the process of making tape candy from start to finish, there we try to input it into halal certification.
We explained to local women and MSMEs the importance of halal certification and how to obtain halal certification., don't forget to explain that this halal certification program is the flagship program of the UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung campus. We are happy to be able to help and educate residents about the benefits of halal certification.
Halal certification is very important for a product so that the product can be marketed, although halal certification is only valid for 4 year, We try to certify as many MSME products as possible, and this halal certification is carried out free of charge.
