DISCLAIMER, PUCANGLABAN – Starting from community anxiety about the high price of fertilizer and the difficulty of people obtaining fertilizer, students created the KKN Group 1 Panggungkalak Village is moving to solve this problem. Fellow students found a solution by providing recommendations for places to buy fertilizer at low prices but good quality.
Date 25 January 2023, Stagekalak economics division 1 And 2 collaborate to solve the problem of the scarcity of subsidized fertilizer in Panggungkalak Village. From the results of this collaboration a new solution emerged to bring in a non-subsidized fertilizer distributor at affordable prices from PT Padi Kencana which is located in Mojokerto district.
On 1 February 2023 The Economic Division team brought in marketing from PT Padi Kencana, chairman of the farmer group and several members of the farmer group, Then the marketing team provided fertilizer samples to be tested on agricultural land in Panggungkalak village. The test aims to determine the compatibility of fertilizer with soil conditions and is carried out during 2 until 3 Sunday.
The community has a plan to follow up by informing all members of the farmer group to jointly bring in fertilizer from PT Padi Kencana if there is a match between the soil and fertilizer.. The public believes that if the price of fertilizer is below Rp. 200.000 they are ready to buy PT Padi Kencana fertilizer products.
After that, the economic division will bridge communication between farmer groups and PT Padi Kencana marketing and help submit proposals to get cheaper prices. (factory subsidies), so that the community, especially members of farmer groups, can get subsidized fertilizer easily and cheaply .
The problem of scarce fertilizer can be resolved. Friends of the KKN participants hope that in the future the community can continue to develop their agriculture and not only finish it today but continue periodically and in the future it is hoped that it can improve the economic level of the community.
