This monitoring and evaluation was special because the Chancellor was directly involved in monitoring the progress of the KKN implementation. Starting from the work program that has been implemented to what extent, and what has not been implemented are there any obstacles, or just waiting for the right moment.
As is known, This time, the multisectoral Regular KKN took the theme "Multisectoral Community Empowerment Based on Digital Literacy". The theme is in accordance with the rapid flow of social media not only among young people, but also among parents it is very deeply rooted. This is proven by everyone if a survey is carried out, must have a cellphone, and HP is not far from content social media application. So community empowerment in the literacy context is an aspect that needs to be implemented in local communities.
This KKN is carried out focusing on 2 regency, namely Tulungagung and Trenggalek. These two districts are used as KKN locations, because the empowerment system implemented in these two districts is continuous from year to year. On this occasion, monitoring and evaluation was carried out in two villages, namely Karangan Village, Karangan District, and Banaran Village, Tugu District. Both are in the Trenggalek Regency area.
On the occasion of monitoring and evaluation, The Chancellor, namely Prof. Dr. H. Abd. Aziz, M.Pd.I delivered, "I hope that my fellow students will end KKN effectively Husnul Khotimah, This means don't leave it at the end of the KKN implementation, friends leave something that is not good in society, because this will hinder and hinder my friends' foster siblings from carrying out further KKN in this place.". Next, the Chancellor also spoke about: legacy, “These fellow students have to leave legacy, friends should make legacy digital based. Please make innovations in your activities in Karangan Village. Because digital traces can still be traced as long as there is internet media."

Furthermore, he also conveyed congratulations to the students for the achievements of several programs that have been implemented to date.
Head of LP2M, Prof. Dr. Drink Naim, M.H.I. convey important messages to students. First, students don't need to look for something viral, because something that is viral is not necessarily good and educational. Second, The program implemented must be measurable. This means there must be improvement before And after. Third, Please maximize existing programs, because the existing program is very good if implemented seriously. Fourth, raise and give positive values to society, because this is what the community will remember when students have finished here.
