The opening event was attended by institutional leaders, especially the chairman of LP2M, Prof. Dr. Drink Naim, M.H.I., LP2M Heads and all LP2M Crew.
The event began with remarks from the Chairman of LP2M. So the Chancellor's commitment to lecturers yesterday helped fulfill the ratio of lecturers to students in order to achieve superior accreditation, then this activity can be carried out."
Year 2024 Indeed, the Chancellor has declared it to be an accreditation year, so that most of the budget items are provided to support accreditation, both study programs and Higher Education Accreditation (APT). So that several study programs and APTs received superior accreditation.
Furthermore, The Chairman of LP2M also said that this program was implemented in order to prepare lecturers to become lecturers in the true sense, “So the participants in this lecturer's FGD, Previously only teaching was done. The fact is that lecturers have duties for Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, namely teaching or education, study, and devotion, so this program becomes important to implement".
As much 103 lecturers consisting of 4 Faculties with details of the Faculty of Ushuluddin Adab and Da'wah (FUAD) 30 lecturer, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FTIK) 28 lecturer, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business (FEBI) 25 lecturer and Faculty of Sharia and Legal Sciences (FLUENT) 20 The lecturer will receive material during 3 day.

The next speech was delivered by the Chancellor of UIN SATU. The Chancellor welcomed and thanked Mr. Achmad Room Fitrianto for his willingness to provide material. At the beginning of his speech he said that there were many victims as a result of the FGD activities, “This activity resulted in many casualties, but for the sake of you guys, I don't think it's okay. So many budget revisions that were previously intended for other activities had to be diverted to this activity. This activity is also my commitment to you, because you have done your best to help make the implementation of Higher Education Accreditation a success (APT) so that our campus obtains the title of excellence".
At the closing ceremony, The Chancellor said, if becoming a lecturer is an option. The teaching profession is a noble profession. However, being a lecturer does not guarantee that people will become rich in the sense of wealth. If this profession is carried out with sincerity and sincerity, it will produce blessings. (fahru)
