Institute for Research and Community Service (LP2M) UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung accommodates real action on this issue through the MADRASAH RESEARCH program. This activity was carried out during 5 day, since date 26, 27 November at Al Hidayah Islamic Middle School, Samir village, Ngunut sub-district and date 28 november of RA miftahul huda desa karangsono, Ngunut sub-district, Tulungagung district and date 29 november and 1 December at Al Badr Islamic Primary School, ploso,
The themes are built in accordance with growth and development in the alpha generation era, by title, "strengthening academic writting teachers and child development". The lp2m team action consists of 4 resource persons who are members of the team 5. The purpose of choosing this theme is to focus on optimizing capabilities academic writing for teachers and recognizing sexual behavior in themselves for students related to the growth and development of children aged PIAUD, Elementary and middle school in the age range 7 s/d 14 year. The reason is that they are at a vulnerable age and are at high risk of experiencing sexual violence. The choice of theme was taken based on the results of instructions from LP2M UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung and the response of the school teachers who were the destination of the service..
Material : Strengthening children's growth and development
The meeting began with introductions to all students and teachers, which is filled by 3 the resource person from LP2M UIN, Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah, namely, Dr. Hj Umy Zahroh M.Kes., Ph.D , Dr. Zulfa Ismawati, M.Pd, and Erwan Efendi.S.Psi.,M.A. The material presented is related to child growth and development, which details become the subject of discussion about the material bullying at school, sexual violence, and recognize the diversity of growth and development between men and women. The speaker presents material in detail starting from the causes of bullying behavior, the process of sexual emergence in children, the consequences of the perpetrators involved in violence to providing solutions and suggestions for self-recognition and building a positive self-concept for students
The information provided by the speakers underlines that children who receive less supervision from their parents in the family are the cause of bullying behavior and sexual violence at school., so that the school as a second social environment becomes a strategic location for developing children and getting to know themselves again, and emphasizes the importance of the teacher's role as a facilitator and dynamist for students and finally the peak is that the school must be able to accommodate every student's problems related to growth and development related to school regulations.. The many questions from participants showed concern and participants responded bravely by coming forward one by one, when asked by one of the sources. The students seemed very enthusiastic about participating in the discussion session, especially on how to take care of yourself with the opposite sex.

In this activity the team 5 the focus is on the teacher. The resource person for this activity was carried out by 2 lecturer from LP2m. Exposure to digital literacy is the reason why teachers are important in producing books or scientific writing. The solution offered to teachers is through mental strengthening, with the slogan "writing is easy", and immediately express ideas in written form based on attention captured by the five senses as soon as possible. This is the advice given by one of the resource persons, Dr. Zulfa's mother, to the teachers at the school. Meanwhile, the resource person, Mr. Erwan Efendi, emphasized that mental block must be minimized through personal awareness that, anyone is capable of becoming a writer like anyone else.

Research Madrasah, LP2M UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung is a manifestation of the tridharma of higher education, namely service to the community. Where the expected result is that participants are provided with assistance in understanding scientific research so that they are able to build a foundation that expressing ideas in the form of academic writing is one of the characteristics of, namely teaching knowledge through writing whose work will be read continuously by the next generation, as a form of knowledge contribution.
