UIN SATU Tulungagung Research Madrasah Team Holds Academic Writing Strengthening and Anti-Bullying Socialization at TPQ YPI Al-Amin Ngampel
Tulungagung, 25 November 2025 — Institute for Research and Community Service (LP2M) UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung again carried out research Madrasah visits and assistance activities for two days, ie Monday, 24 November 2025 And Tuesday, 25 November 2025, Of TPQ Islamic Education Foundation (YPI) Al-Amin Ngampel. This program carries a theme "Strengthening Teacher Academic Writing and Anti-Bullying Socialization" as an effort to improve the quality of educators and create a safe and healthy learning environment.
This activity is part of LP2M's routine agenda in encouraging the development of human resource capacity in Islamic educational institutions, especially in the literacy aspect, academic writing skills, and character formation of students.
Two Main Materials with Professional Sources
On the first day, activities focused on Strengthening Teacher Academic Writing delivered by Mr Zen Masruri, M.Pd. In his presentation, he emphasized the importance of scientific writing skills for teachers as part of professionalism and self-development.
“Teachers are not just educators in the classroom, but also an agent of literacy. Academic writing skills will strengthen teacher competence while encouraging a scientific culture in the institutional environment," said Zen Masruri in front of the participants.
The second day was filled with material Anti-Bullying Socialization which is guided by Mr. Ahmad Natsir, M.Pd. The interviewee explained various forms of bullying, its impact on children's psychological development, as well as strategic steps in preventing and handling it in the educational environment.
Ahmad Natsir emphasized that educational institutions have a strategic role in creating a safe environment and supporting student development. “Prevention of bullying must start from awareness of all elements of the institution, starting with the teacher, babysitter, to the students,he stressed.
Participant Enthusiasm and Hope for Program Sustainability
This activity was enthusiastically welcomed by the ustaz and ustazah of TPQ YPI Al-Amin Ngampel. The participants actively discussed scientific writing techniques that could be applied in preparing teacher written work, as well as concrete strategies for dealing with cases of bullying in the TPQ environment.
The foundation expressed its appreciation to LP2M UIN SATU for the assistance provided and hopes that this collaboration can continue in the form of further training, workshop, as well as assistance in the development of other institutions.
Through this visit, UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung emphasized its commitment to continue to support improving the quality of Islamic educational institutions and strengthening academic culture and positive character in society.
