Tulungagung, 29 December 2025 located at the Crown Victoria Hotel LP2M UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung (ONE) carrying out activities Evaluation of Religious Moderation Mobilization Training Program Activities and Internalization of Ecotheology. This evaluation is an important aspect for improving future activities. Because UIN SATU Tulungagung has carried out this activity twice.
On, 19-25 November 2025, UIN SATU was appointed as one of the PTPs to carry out this activity. UIN SATU is one of 5 PTKIN campus which is the organizer, The five PTKINs are UIN Sunan Kudus, UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, and UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung itself. Participants in the Religious Moderation Mobilization activities at PTP UIN SATU came from various regions throughout Indonesia.
In his speech, the chairman of the Organizing Committee—Prof. Dr. H. Syamsun Ni'am, M.Ag.—while also serving as Vice Chancellor 3 expressed his deepest appreciation to all committees and related elements who helped so that the activities could run smoothly. Besides that, He also expressed his thanks to the Chancellor of UIN SATU so that this activity was able to have a significant impact on the participants who took part in the activity.
Furthermore, Chancellor of UIN SATU, Prof. Dr. H. Abdul Aziz, M.Pd.I. Thank you very much to the committee, especially to LP2M as the implementer because of the main tasks of Religious Moderation at this institution. He also conveyed three important dimensions in his speech which would always collaborate with the Religious Communication Forum (FKUB) Tulungagung Regency. First, Collaboration in creating student characters who are friendly towards FKUB's diversity. Second, Collaboration is related to inclusive issues, because UIN SATU is also open to non-Muslim religions, UIN SATU accepts non-Muslim students from S1 – S3, and inclusivity is essentially not limited to people with disabilities alone, if interpreted correctly, so the scope is very broad. Third, harmony with national values because it is an important value to maintain and develop.
Still in his speech, The Chancellor said, "Of course, This achievement is not only a success for UIN SATU, "However, there is also the participation of the Tulungagung Regency FKUB because it is able to create calm and peace between religious communities".
Forward, The Chancellor hopes that UIN SATU will be able to carry out surveys in the Matraman area and then the survey results can be used as a data base for carrying out collaborations to work on strategic issues in the context of religious moderation and ecotheology together with public figure, village officials, and institutions. And at the Ministry of Religion HAB later, UIN SATU will hold activities packaged under the title Religious Moderation Gymnastics which will be attended by various interfaith parties.
The evaluation activity was officially opened by the Chancellor of UIN SATU at exactly 17.00 WIB. Apart from being attended by the committee from UIN SATU, this activity was also attended by representatives from the Tulungagung Regency FKUB from elements of several existing religions., i.e. Catholic, Protestant, Hindu, and Buddha.
