Tulungagung, 13 July 2026 — An atmosphere full of emotion and enthusiasm surrounds Widya Krida Park, UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung (UIN ONE) at the time of release from the Real Work Lecture (KKN) year 2026. As much 4.108 Students officially depart to undertake community service, accompanied by 115 Field Supervisor (DPL) who will guide them during the KKN period. This event is an important momentum for the campus in strengthening students' commitment to community service.

This year's KKN carries the theme "Digital Literacy Towards an Environmentally Friendly Village". This theme reflects UIN SATU's determination to answer the challenges of the times, namely how students can bring positive change through the use of digital technology while preserving the village environment. With the knowledge gained during lectures, Students are expected to be able to become agents of change who truly empower society.

KKN participants are divided into several categories. Regular KKN followed by 3.431 student, KKN around campus 640 student, Inclusion KKN 23 student, Commonwealth External KKN 10 student, as well as Banten External KKN 4 student. The total reached 4.108 students who are ready to serve in various regions. The diversity of these categories shows the campus' commitment to providing broad opportunities for students to contribute according to the social context of each region.

In his speech, Chancellor of UIN SATU, Prof. Abd. Aziz, provide an in-depth message to all students. He emphasized the importance of maintaining morals as a campus ambassador in the community. Students are expected to continue to excel, discipline in carrying out the five daily prayers, and build collaboration with village residents without the impression of being patronizing. The Chancellor also reminded students to maintain their health during their service period, remembering that the challenges in the field are not easy.

This release event began with istighasah together led by Dr. H. Zuhri, M.Sy. and Dr. Achmad Syauqi. This joint prayer creates an atmosphere of service that strengthens the students' determination before leaving. Thousands of students looked enthusiastic, with a face full of hope and enthusiasm to make the best contribution. The presence of DPL is also an important support, ensure that students receive the right direction in carrying out work programs in the village.

KKN is not just a mandatory academic program, but also a place for character formation. Through direct interaction with the community, students learn to understand social reality, hone empathy, and develop a leadership spirit. With the theme of digital literacy, Students are expected to be able to introduce technology that is beneficial to village communities, such as using digital applications for marketing local products or technology-based environmental education.

It is hoped that this spirit of service will be able to bring the good name of the alma mater UIN SATU to every village it visits. More than that, The experience students gain during KKN will be a valuable provision for their future, both in the world of work and social life. This release is a symbol of the students' long journey towards maturity, where the knowledge learned in college is now tested in real practice in society.
