The Economics Division at least found out 26 MSME actors in Wonokromo Village. One of the businesses found was Siti Karomah's smoked fish business. This is City, that's how he is known to the public, he is a smoked fish seller who has existed for years 2019 until now.
The business is processed through several stages starting from smoking which sometimes uses coconut fiber and dried corn stalks, which takes time 2-3 jam. The smoked fish is then sold in the market and ordered by several people who are used to subscribing. Some parts were taken to Bnadung and Gondang markets, others are delivered to several customers, and the other part is left for stock at home. Fish that are usually smoked and sold are semar fish, mackerel fish, layur fish, salem fish, and so on.
The longest smoked fish production process is the process of cleaning fish waste. Ms. Siti said, "It's difficult to clean fish waste, sis, especially if the fish are small". Seeing the conditions and micro businesses run by Bu Siti encouraged KKN students to provide new innovations so that businesses could develop quickly. This MSME survey continues digital marketing assistance by helping create a Google Maps account to make it easier for someone to get smoked fish. With this little intervention, it is hoped that the business started by Mrs. Siti will continue to exist and develop quickly along with the rapid times.
